Hello, my name is Benjamin Dryer and as an Integrative Therapist I understand that the thought of finding help can be daunting. Sometimes you have a name for your problem, and if not-  maybe you just know that something needs to change.

My aim is to make our next steps together as positive and stress-free as they can be.  At Assisi Therapy, I have created a peaceful and private environment for us to focus on your issue without interference from the outside world.  Whether we are working online or face to face, I will always offer you a safe, therapeutic space full of understanding and free from judgement.

I specialise in Hypno-Psychotherapy, so I am trained in a range of Psychotherapeutic techniques including Counselling as well as the use of Clinical Hypnotherapy when it is right for you. I will always put you at the centre of the process and I use my broad experience and training to tailor your therapy, rather than making you fit a particular type of thinking or therapeutic style.

I hold a Level 7 UK Council for Psychotherapy approved Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am also a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, National Society of Talking Therapies and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. As you move towards positive change you can know that I am working to the highest ethical and professional standards when we meet.

So, what next? Once you book through this website our journey together starts with a free 15 minute telephone consultation. This lets us find out about each other and helps you understand how therapy might work for you. One hour sessions can take place online, via Zoom.

Getting help can be a liberating and lasting experience and I will always work at your level.

Please note: I am unable to work with clients with complex clinical needs such as psychosis, eating disorders, personality disorders etc. 

My fee is £74 for individuals. I offer a free initial 15 minute consultation.
