What is coaching?

Is a process whereby a coach facilitates you to make some sort of change in your personal life or career. Unlike therapy, coaching is focussed on the here and now and how you want your future to be. Think of it as writing a new chapter, rather than reading and understanding your story from the past.

Coaching can be very helpful in many different areas such as personal growth, career development, learning new skills such as time management or decision making, managing stress, regaining work life balance, relationships, and health and wellness.

I use various coaching techniques such as GROW, ABCDE and SPACE to help you tap into your own creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) is a specialized form of coaching that integrates principles and techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) into the coaching process.


CBT focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours, helping you to overcome obstacles which may have previously stopped you from moving forward.
